We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due, and all rights granted to the user cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AERAVARIS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
